When checking with “pkg-config –cflags –libs gtk+-3.0″ the libs are listet nicely, though not with the /cygdrive/ in it, but no mysterious random path either. It just lists -IC:/gtk/include/gtk-3.0 -IC:/gtk/include/cairo -IC:/gtk/include/pango-1.0 -IC:/gtk/include/atk-1.0 … etc.

What could have gone wrong?
