Hello.
My name is Horatio. I am a computer scientist and an entrepreneur, and this is my personal blog.
I like computers and programming, classical literature and poetry, physics and psychology, quotations and photography.
The blog is varied, including posts about my projects and ideas, and perhaps some coding topics, for those programming problems I think there isn’t a good enough article for online. I also use this blog occasionally for information about Android apps I am working on.
I am always open to suggestions, feedback and meeting new people, so please say hello.

Hi Horatio, I have installed Quotation Keeper and I was wondering if you still plan to add a Categories feature. And also whether it is possible to import a a collection of quotes which I have squirreled away over the years. None of the other Android Quote Applications interest me, and Quotation Keepr would rate 6 * if it had these features. Thanks Kerry

Hi Kerry.
Thanks for the comment. I realise I have promised to add categories and never got round to it, that’s because I haven’t had any time for personal projects at all. However, I hope you’ll be pleased to know that I’ve been back on the bandwagon and carrying on with QK development, as well as a few other related apps. Categories is the first on my list of features and enhancements. I hope to sort it out within the next few weeks.
In terms of import, I would love to add that kind of support, and will see what I can do, but it’s so varied that I don’t know how to make it robust enough (are they separated by commas, dashes; do they contain authors or not, etc).
I’ll look into it anyway. Thanks for the feedback :)
